Restaurant-Kritiken
Positiv: Sowohl das Mittagsmenue (fuer das man durchaus noch die Price-Performance ankreuzen könnte da es in der Qualität einem a la Carte Essen nicht nachsteht) als auch a la Carte sowie last not least das grosse Menue gehören zum besten was ich je gegessen habe. Eine moderne, gut durchdachte Küche, die viele Gänge (Tomate, Langustine, ...) in drei Varianten serviert. Ausgezeichnete Fleischgänge, etwa Klassikern wie dem Lièvre à la royale du sénateur Couteaux oder unvergessliche Lammvariationen. Herausragende Krustentiere und Muscheln. Traumhafte Ravioli.
Negativ: Abends nur mit dem Auto oder per Taxi zu erreichen.
Fazit: Mein Liebings Drei-Sterne-Restaurant - Forumsmitgliedern würde ich mindestens ein Besuch unter der Woche Mittags empfehlen.
